Mayor visit
Today Meteors were delighted to welcome the new Mayor to our meeting. She spoke about her role and anwered some tough questions about ECOtopics from our members.
We discovered that she shares our enthusiasm to get people recycling more, and she told us that we actually can recycle yoghurt pots and margarine tubs in Kirklees, by putting them in special containers at the tip. We made posters to tell our families all about this!
